We are hiring a Customer Service Support Specialist to assist with established customer enabling processes and order management workflows. This role provides administrative and operational support for order intake, processing, fulfillment, and internal communication.
The position also includes responsibilities in mailroom and delivery support.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in order intake, review, documentation, and fulfillment
- Maintain order-related documentation and ensure accuracy
- Update internal teams on order status and delays
- Perform administrative duties following standard operating procedures
- Support mail services, including sorting, tracking, and delivering items
- Address routine clerical or customer support issues
- Escalate non-routine issues to appropriate teams
What You Bring
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years experience in customer service/admin/mail services
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dock experience
- Experience with mail-processing systems
