Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 HR/OTL Techno-Functional Consultant who can effectively bridge functional business requirements with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Human Resources (HR), Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Payroll modules, along with hands-on development experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, and BI Publisher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle EBS R12 HR, OTL, and Payroll modules
- Configure OTL components including timecard layouts, approval workflows, and preferences
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Design and develop custom solutions including WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms)
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects
- Build and customize reports using BI Publisher and XML Publisher
- Develop and support APIs and Interfaces for integration with third-party systems and payroll processing
- Work closely with functional teams to ensure system alignment with HR business processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployments
- Prepare technical and functional documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS, OTL, and Payroll
- Hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
- Experience in BI Publisher report development
- Good understanding of HR and payroll business processes
- Experience in developing and supporting interfaces and APIs
- Knowledge of workflows and approval mechanisms in OTL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with fast formulas and payroll configurations
- Knowledge of data migration and conversion tools
- Exposure to Oracle HRMS integrations with third-party systems
- Familiarity with Agile or other project methodologies
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Salary : $65 - $70
