JOB SUMMARY:
The Channel Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and channel sales team by coordinating activities related to marketing development funds, partner onboarding, and event logistics. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or students looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Marketing Development Funds (MDF) claims process including tracking, approvals, and compliance
- Process MDF claims, review proofs of performance, and ensure timely reimbursements
- Onboard new partners by collecting required documentation and setting them up in the PRM system
- Troubleshoot partner issues and manage portal user requests
- Provide onsite support for event logistics
- Coordinate event logistics including shipping marketing materials and promotional items
- Manage inventory planning and ordering for event collateral
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (in progress)
- 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing roles
- Experience with Salesforce
- Event planning or event marketing experience
