Position Summary

The Industrial Engineer – Time Studies will support multiple combat vehicle manufacturing programs at the York, PA site. The engineer will be responsible for conducting and documenting time studies, evaluating manufacturing processes, and collaborating across engineering, operations, and program teams to improve production efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed time studies across multiple manufacturing programs.
• Accurately document time study results and provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate and analyze manufacturing processes for efficiency improvements.
• Communicate findings clearly to engineering, operations, and program teams.
• Interface with internal customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support process optimization, labor standards, and production improvements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and learn site-specific applications as needed.
• Work closely with manufacturing, systems, and process engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience conducting time studies
• Minimum 1 year of experience evaluating manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to quickly learn new engineering and manufacturing software tools

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Education Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:
• Industrial Engineering
• Systems Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Process Engineering

Candidate Evaluation Criteria

• Experience conducting time studies – Minimum 1 year
• Experience evaluating manufacturing processes – Minimum 1 year
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ability to learn new software – Minimum 1 year
