JOB TITLEMachine Operator – ManufacturingPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate machines and process product to meet all quality requirements.Follow safety rules and practices to ensure the safety of self and others.Review and adhere to written instructions, work procedures, and safety requirements.Assist team members in maintaining operational procedures according to company standards.Monitor and inspect equipment, materials, and products for compliance.Identify and resolve process or equipment issues.Train and qualify on all Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and share information.Review, interpret, and enter data on paper and computer systems.Use and clean machines, equipment, and tools as required.Perform manual tasks requiring physical effort: lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, bending, stooping, crawling, and standing/walking for most of the shift.Work in non-climate-controlled environments, including hot, cold, dusty, or dirty conditions.SCHEDULEA-Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday40 hours per week100% onsiteMandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays as requiredEXPERIENCE2–5 years of relevant experience requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and schedules.Commitment to safety and quality standards.WORKING CONDITIONSManufacturing environment with variable climate conditions.Exposure to dust, dirt, hot and cold environments.Physical effort required throughout the shift.Education: High SchoolCompany DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
