We are hiring an Transportation Coordinator to support daily administrative, clerical, and documentation functions in a logistics and transportation environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience supporting trucking operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and schedule administrative functions
- Provide assistance and training to junior administrative staff
- Coordinate and support meetings, travel and calendars
- Collect, organize, and process documentation; perform data entry
- Support logistics operations, including paperwork for drivers
- Handle customer and internal support inquiries
- Solve issues independently; escalate complex matters as needed
- Other duties as assigned
