Senior IT Project Manager (Contract)
Remote – U.S. East Coast Required | Hybrid if Local to Westbrook, ME
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise-level initiatives across a dynamic, cross-functional environment. What You’ll Do
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects—from scoping and planning through implementation and handoff.
- Build and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage communication across stakeholders, project teams, steering committees, and vendors.
- Drive decision-making, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration across time zones.
- Coordinate and secure required resources; support process improvements and program administration.
- Provide regular, clear project updates, status reporting, and documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4 years of IT Project Management experience (8–10 years preferred).
- Strong track record delivering complex IT projects.
- Ability to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed, multi-time-zone teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Cybersecurity, SAP, or Microsoft 365 projects.
- Self-starter comfortable leading hybrid/virtual teams.

- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST (flexible).
- Location: East Coast required; hybrid option if located near Westbrook, ME.
