Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate HR advisory support on various employee matters.
- Coordinate with HR teams globally to support people initiatives and compliance efforts.
- Manage and track employee requests through systems like HRCM and AskHR.
- Identify trends, suggest improvements, and proactively enhance employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality, ensure accurate case documentation, and meet service standards.
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or employee relations preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
