Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • Answer and field all types of calls that come in and provide assistance or direction. • Closely partner with the Payroll team as it relates to inquiries. • Field employee and HR payroll questions to properly direct them to the right resolution. • Provide One HR expertise and support to the HR community and employees. • Process tuition reimbursement requests. • Complete employee verifications. • Address policy questions, ensure policy compliance, and manage policy acknowledgements. • Create cases using case management software. Qualification: • Bachelor's Degree Required Skills: • At least 5 years of experience • Experience answering inbound phone calls and managing cases. • Experience resolving payroll inquiries and understanding the logic of timekeeping and payroll. • Experience documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications. • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills. • Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel experience.
