- Provide HR contact center support by answering inbound employee calls and managing HR-related inquiries
- Create and manage cases within ServiceNow or similar case management systems
- Support payroll inquiries by partnering closely with Payroll teams to resolve employee questions and issues
- Process employee data changes, documentation updates, and performance-related reporting
- Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance questions, and policy acknowledgements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, AA required
- 5 years of experience in HR support, customer service, call center, or shared services environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume inquiries professionally
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel required
