- Optimize data workflows and performance to support business intelligence and analytics needs.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
- Strong expertise in Guidewire software, particularly in data management and integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Synapse.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, adhering to Eastern Time Zone hours.
