Location: Kansas City, MO 64108
Duration: 6-month contract with possibility for extension and conversion to FTR
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Support (65%)
• Greet customers and assess service needs
• Answer basic questions and provide general assistance
• Manage customer traffic flow within the facility
• Support customers with payments
• Collaborate with facility team on escalations and resolutions
• Perform additional duties as needed to support customer service operations
Community Outreach Support (35%)
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and tear-down
• Support the team during extended outage situations
• Help develop workshops and seminars for customer and community groups
• Support daily opening and closing of the facility and ensure security protocols
• Collect data on event effectiveness and customer feedback
• Provide education on the client's Energy Efficiency programs and assist with enrollments
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional, flexible, and able to work well in a team environment
