Job Summary The Executive IT Services Specialist provides high-touch, concierge-level IT support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless technology experiences across devices, collaboration platforms, and executive environments. This role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and responsive support while acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. The position requires strong technical expertise, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities Provide white-glove IT support to executives, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues Manage end-to-end support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS and Android) Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint Maintain and troubleshoot executive AV and conferencing systems, including Teams Rooms and Zoom setups Perform proactive maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management of devices Troubleshoot complex issues related to desktop systems, mobile devices, VPN, Wi-Fi, and networking Manage endpoint and mobile device management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro Support identity and access management using Azure AD/Entra ID, MFA, and conditional access Ensure adherence to security best practices, including data protection and endpoint security Collaborate with network, security, and enterprise IT teams for escalations and issue resolution Provide on-call support and travel as needed for executive meetings and events Maintain professionalism, discretion, and strong communication when interacting with senior stakeholders Required Qualifications Several years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years supporting executive or VIP users Strong experience with Windows (10/11), macOS, and iOS devices in enterprise environments Proven experience delivering white-glove IT support to senior executives Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro Knowledge of identity and access management tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and MFA Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, and conferencing technologies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with video conferencing and AV systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Google Meet Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, or Apple-related credentials Experience supporting executive events, board meetings, or high-visibility environments Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: CompTIA , ITIL , Microsoft , Apple
