Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to provide operational support across high-volume document services, mail management, and customer-facing office functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copy machines, document imaging systems, and related software
- Perform binding, finishing, and quality control checks on completed jobs
- Manage mail services including shipping, receiving, sorting, distributing, and applying postage
- Provide copier maintenance and minor repair at customer sites
- Maintain records, billing logs, and inventory of supplies
- Respond to and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely resolution
- Deliver completed jobs to designated customer locations
- Support meeting room and conference room setups, including light maintenance tasks
- Perform filing, archiving, and document management duties as required
- Ensure copier areas and office spaces remain neat, stocked, and functional
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, postage meters, calculators, and bindery tools
- Provide receptionist and customer service support as needed
- Perform occasional cleaning duties and support building occupant moves
- Participate in overtime or off-hour emergency response when required
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Good PC skills and proficiency with MS Office and email systems
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Mathematical and filing skills
- Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
- Physical ability to lift/move items up to 50–55 lbs and push/pull equipment weighing up to 700 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb for extended periods

- Prior experience with copy services or related office support functions

- Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required per company policy
Education: High School or equivalent
