JOB SUMMARYThe Equipment Technician is responsible for conducting complex troubleshooting and repairs of down equipment to root cause in a timely and efficient manner. This role performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, and provides solutions for recurring equipment deficiencies. The technician will document corrective actions, support production tasks when needed, and continuously improve skill sets through training and on-the-job problem resolution.
