JOB SUMMARYThe Administrative Support Coordinator provides high-level customer service and administrative support to internal and external customers. This role involves managing onboarding processes, handling supplier invoices, maintaining inventory, supporting company events, and serving as a backup for cashiering duties, while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers in person, via email, and telephone.Support New Employee Orientation and Onboarding processes in compliance with market requirements.Process location invoice/payments for supplier invoices via PGT processes (MyBuy or S4HANA).Manage uniform inventory and ordering process for frontline employees.Maintain confidentiality of documents and information.Comply with company document retention policy for payroll-related information.Provide planning and execution support for company events (team meetings, retirement parties, employee recognition).Serve as mobile device location process owner, managing inventory, enforcing policies, and troubleshooting issues.Serve as primary backup for daily cashiering documentation, including running reports, maintaining logs, and retaining documentation.Act as backup for Cashier during vacations, personal, and sick days.Perform other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned.Required QualificationsAssociate Degree preferred.3 years of experience providing administrative support.High level of computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple IT applications.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.Strong team player with willingness to assist others.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize work and multi-task with a strong sense of urgency.Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills.Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and proactive.Ability to work with minimal supervision, set goals, create action plans, and monitor progress.Preferred QualificationsExperience with MyBuy or S4HANA systems.Event planning experience.Education: Associate's DegreeCompany DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
