Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities by visiting prospective and existing clients within assigned territories to promote our products and services.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts through regular communication, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Develop new business leads through cold calling, lead generation strategies, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Perform territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments, preferably within technology or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in account management, business development, and direct sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans accordingly.
