Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on copiers, printers, and other document imaging devices
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, documentation
- Provide basic training to the end user
- Install, configure, and set up copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at client locations
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, drivers, scanning)
- Ability to read service manuals and technical diagrams
- Customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Document Imaging products is preferred
