JOB DESCRIPTIO
- NThe Platform Operations Support Specialist provides day-to-day support to Technology and Business Leads by assisting with platform-related activities, operational reporting, documentation, and stakeholder requests
- .This role helps ensure business operations run smoothly by coordinating issues, maintaining accurate reporting, supporting standard operating procedures, and delivering timely support across technical and business teams
.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
- SSupport Technology and Business Leads with day-to-day platform needs and ad hoc project
- sAugment the HUB: support business operations, issue coordination, and stakeholder request
- sBuild and maintain operational reports in Coup
- aEnsure reporting data is accurate, timely, and useful for stakeholder
- sAssist with documentation: procedures, process guides, and support material
- sSupport maintenance and updating of standard operating procedure
- sRespond to ad hoc stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manne
- rHelp track issues, requests, and operational activities across both function
- sSupport continuous improvement: streamline reporting and documentatio
- nCollaborate with both technical and business teams to organize informatio
- nProvide flexible, general support for platform-related activities as neede
dNICE TO HAV
- E1 years in reporting, operations support, business analysis, or system suppor
- tStrong Excel, reporting, and analytical skill
- sStrong organizational, communication, and documentation skill
- sAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond to stakeholder needs effectivel
- yNice to have: Experience building reports in Coupa or similar procurement platform
- sNice to have: Experience maintaining operating procedures and processing documentatio
