Experienced Superintendent needed to manage multiple K-12 school construction projects from start to closeout. Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, schedule management, safety oversight, and delivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe job sites with zero-accident focus and full safety compliance.
- Oversee multiple commercial projects, including CPM scheduling and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate work per plans/specifications and resolve field issues.
- Prepare daily reports and support project closeout.
Requirements
- 6 years as Superintendent with a General Contractor on commercial projects.
- Strong CPM scheduling and team leadership skills.
- OSHA 10/30 preferred.
- Extensive experience with Procore construction management platform
