Building Automation Sales Manager
Lead a high-performing Building Automation sales team focused on driving project growth, developing sales talent, and expanding customer relationships. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full BAS sales process, coaching sales professionals, collaborating with operations, and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of commercial Building Automation (BAS) industry experience with a proven track record of sales success.
- Previous leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of BAS project sales, estimating, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities across commercial markets.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic sales mindset, and experience leading complex solution-based sales cycles.
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
