Compri Consulting is searching for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer for a direct hire position with our client headquartered in Boulder, CO.
Summary
Design, develop, and support mechanical products from concept through production, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, manufacturable products.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design reviews for new products.
- Design, test, and optimize mechanical components.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, industrial design, and electrical engineering.
- Support product launches, vendors, and engineering changes.
- Improve product quality, manufacturability, and assembly.
- Troubleshoot design and process issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with wearables or miniaturized products.
- End-to-end product development experience.
- Strong DFM, high-volume manufacturing, and injection molding expertise.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and FEA tools such as Ansys; recent SolidWorks experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
