Senior Construction Superintendent
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a large K–12 school construction project from kickoff through final closeout.
Requirements:
- 6 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Strong K–12 school construction experience required
- Experience managing subcontractors, field teams, safety, quality, schedules, and project closeout
- Proficiency with CPM scheduling; Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 experience
- Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and client relationship skills
- Procore experience and OSHA 30 preferred
- Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check
Salary : $125,000 - $130,000
