Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Physical Therapist at our Mandeville and Metairie, LA locations. The Physical Therapist will provide personalized treatment plans for patients, focusing on reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall physical function. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and promoting long-term recovery. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Knowledge of Medicine with a focus on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
- Experience with Home Care services and individualized patient treatment strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and families
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana
- Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practices
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is a plus
