Overview:

Due to growth, Comprehensive Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our brand new, state-of-the-art clinic in Mandeville, LA clinic. We pride ourselves on offering hands-on, personalized care in one-on-one treatment sessions to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their health goals.

We are looking for a highly motivated Physical Therapist who is not only passionate about patient care but is also excited about helping us develop a direct-to-employer program. As part of this program, you will spend one day per week working off-site with a local company, conducting workplace evaluations and promoting injury prevention strategies. This unique opportunity allows you to help shape our clinic's growth while expanding our community impact.

New graduates are welcome to apply—there are both staff-level and Clinic Director opportunities available based on experience.

Caseload / Patient Population:

At Comprehensive Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with adult patients who have orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility challenges. Comprehensive Physical Therapy also supports specialty niches such as pelvic health, women’s health, and manual therapy, based on your interests.

You can expect to manage a caseload of approximately 60 visits per week, ensuring personalized care and focused treatment for each patient.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts required. Clinic hours are:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This schedule supports a strong work-life balance, with flexibility to work both in the clinic and off-site.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: New graduates can expect a starting salary around $75,000, with opportunities for higher compensation based on experience.

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Full-time availability required.
