Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Sales & Marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys working across digital marketing, content, events, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update website content using WordPress
- Support SEO and website optimization initiatives
- Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters (Constant Contact)
- Manage social media content and scheduling
- Assist with webinar coordination and marketing
- Support conference and trade show logistics
- Assist sales teams with proposals and RFP submissions
- Create marketing materials and graphics using Canva
- 3–5 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media
- Familiarity with WordPress and SEO fundamentals
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple marketing projects
