Talent Acquisition Recruiting Associate
Type: Open ended assignment
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30-5pm
Location:  North Kingstown Rhode Island 02889 United States
Pay: $30/hr

Responsibilities:

• This person will be responsible for managing the recruiting process for various positions.
• They will post jobs, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and must be able to assess skills and cultural matches.
• Will working on non-people leading roles across all business areas.
• Need to know how to interview, look for flags, negotiate offers etc.
• Also, someone who understands candidate experience - our candidates are also our customers, so brand is important. 
• This person will need to manage internal and external relationships well.

Requirements:

• UKG experience a plus or another HCM.
• Strong linkedin familiarity
  Know how to source candidates
  Familiarity with indeed and other sourcing tools.

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
