Senior Auditor

In this role, you will be responsible for audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as tax preparation of corporate, trust and individual returns. For this full time position, we are looking for a CPA or CPA candidate with 5 years of recent public accounting experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for greater exposure to an expanded client base in varied industries, while assuming an important role within a CPA firm. Some local travel to clients will be required.

We Are Considering Candidates That Have The Following Characteristics

• BSBA in Accounting
• 5 years’ experience in public accounting with minimum of 3 tax seasons
• CPA or CPA candidate and advanced degree preferred
• Experience with ProFx Tax, ProFx Engagement, QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
• Experience preparing tax returns for corporations, trusts, partnerships and individuals
• Ability to perform tax research, including analysis of new tax laws and proposed regulations
• Ability to prepare tax projections and quarterly estimates
• Experience performing audit, review and compilation procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies and standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple client projects independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, managers/partners and teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and time management skills
• Comfortability working both independently and collaboratively
