Providence RI
- Compensation: Up to ~$160,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday 10a–7p, Tuesday–Friday 8a–5p
- Call: Light on-call rotation every 7–8 weeks (rare overnight calls due to healthy patient population)

Responsibilities
- Provide culturally congruent primary care to a diverse patient population.
- Deliver gender-affirming care and support to sexual and gender minorities.
- Conduct sexual health screenings, including HIV and STI testing/treatment.
- Perform history and physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Document accurately in the EMR (experience with Athenahealth is a plus).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in light call rotation.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Licensed NP or PA in Rhode Island (or ability to obtain).
- Experience preferred in primary care, gender-affirming care, and/or sexual health—but motivated new grads may be considered if bilingual, strongly committed, or well-aligned with the patient community.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
- Passion for providing inclusive, affirming care to LGBTQ and minority populations.
