Responsibilities

  • Initial patient intake
  • Overall assessments, BP
  • Manage team of 20 direct reports
  • Oversee scheduling
  • Create training plans
  • Work with HR team to onboard, orient, and interview staff
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state policies

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree OR Bachelor’s degree with applicable experience
  • MA RN Licensure
  • Community health experience
  • Experience working in geriatrics a plus
