Director of Nursing - DON | ANRC
$130,000 - $104,000/annually, based on experience
Full-Time | 40hrs per week

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Direct and oversee nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, competency assessment, and professional development.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and quality measures, including falls, pressure injuries, infections, rehospitalizations, medication management, and other key indicators.
- Ensure regulatory and survey readiness by maintaining compliance with CMS, state, and organizational standards, while addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, rehabilitation, social services, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans and improve resident outcomes.
Qualifications for Success:
- Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- 3 years prior Nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing
- 1 years prior experience in a clinical supervisor or leadership role
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
