Maintenance Technician
Location

Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Position Duties:

• Ensure American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards are maintained.
• Adhering to all safe work practices while working efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
• Performing heavy and specialized cleaning task throughout the building and grounds.
• Assist Facilities with equipment maintenance & lubrication, filter replacement, motor replacement, v-belt replacement etc., as needed.
• Landscaping tasks (grass cutting, weed trimming, snow removal, spreading of ice melt, etc.) when necessary
• Completing facility upkeep, painting, and other building repair tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of cleaning and sanitation experience.
• Food industry experience preferred
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Cleaning and sanitation skills with 3 or more years of experience.
• Mechanical and/or Electrical skills are a plus.
• Excellent time management skills.

Pay Rate:

• $25 - 27/ hour – Depending in Experience
