We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Production Associate to support a fast-paced office environment. This role focuses on data entry, document processing, and administrative support within an internal system.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process new submissions for policy issuance and quotes
- Review, verify, and process renewals and policy changes
- Scan, upload, and maintain accurate electronic files
- Manage and prioritize incoming tasks, emails, and correspondence
- Process endorsements and update records in the system
- Assist internal teams and external partners with questions and requests
- Maintain detailed notes and ensure accuracy in all work
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior administrative, data entry, or processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
