Hours 9:00AM - 5:00PM - Fridays 8:00AM - 4:00PM 
Pay $24.00 - $ 26.44 /hr - $50k - $55k 

Responsibilities 

  • Field calls , emails, and customer inquiries via software to process sales orders 
  • Update CRM software with customer information ( Great Plains) 
  • Provide customer shipping instructions and certificate of analysis ( document regarding product) 
  • Be main liaison between customers and company 


Requirements 

  • 3 years of customer service experience - manufacturing / distribution a must 
  • Excellent verbal / written abilities 
  • Tech savy - majority of position requires technology 
  • Great plains experience a plus but not a requirment
