Customer Service is paramount to our success. This position is the voice of our company and is key to keeping our excellent ratings and the future of our growth. Effective communication and organizational skills, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills is a must.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Support: Responding to calls from new and existing customers, scheduling routine maintenance and new installations, and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Tech Support: Dispatching jobs to the technicians. Taking calls from the technicians for job close out and or any troubleshooting.
- Data Management: Updating customer account information and documenting interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Developing deep knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to promote brand loyalty.
- Computer skills - Fully operational on Dispatching software. Updating Website content with information and photos, creating email campaigns.
- Software skills: MS Office, Basic Website editing skills is a must and Experience in Wordpress and/or Wix is preferred.
