Bookkeeper

Temp to Hire

Hours 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday - Friday 

A growing construction/home maintenance company in Stamford is looking for a bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable - Enter all receipts, make payments, completion of lien wavers and insurance certificates
• Accounts Receivable- assist with billing and data entry of payments received
• Remotely scan checks
• Maintain vehicle logs
• Assist with office duties

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Word, and Excel
• Must have quickbooks online experience 
• Ramp experience would be great
