- Collect feedback and gather information from community members to inform outreach strategies
- Promote our initiatives with enthusiasm, emphasizing their value and importance to the community
- Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and outcomes using provided tools or forms
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet outreach goals and improve canvassing techniques
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus, demonstrating leadership qualities in outreach efforts
- Strong background customer service to effectively communicate value propositions
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade diverse audiences
- Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing, enhances effectiveness in this role
- Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining motivation and positive attitude
