Haas Door is looking for our next Process Engineer to help us configure manufacturing systems that reduce cost, improve repeatability, and set the standard for production excellence.
First and Second shift is available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimize the Floor: Identify process gaps and execute improvements to enhance product quality and flow.
Bridge the Gap: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced equipment that drives production capacity and supports new product innovation.
Problem Solve: Identify mechanical requirements and technical solutions for a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
Drive Efficiency: Implement process control measures and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan for Success: Create contingency plans for solution execution and define technical variables to ensure long-term stability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge in hydraulics, roll forming, RIM (Reactionary Injection Molding) and paint a plus.
Solidworks and AutoCad experience is a plus.
Lean Expertise: Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles; Green or Black Belt certification is a major plus.
Grit: A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide flexible, "real-world" solutions to production issues.
Communication: The ability to speak effectively with both executive leadership and floor operators.
Reliability: Availability to work full-time hours on-site at our facility.
