2 Shift Ring Panel Production Assembler
Pay: $16.00 per hour $1/hour shift differential

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team. This position involves working on a fast-paced panel assembly line machine producing high-quality ring products. Team members will feed, seal, and package wire components according to production requirements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather raw materials and load onto holding wells
- Feed material from holding wells through RF welding machine.
- Place rings into material pockets and run cycles for finished products.
- Inspect finished products for any defects before sending them to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and machinery.
- Notify line leader before materials run out or issues arise.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with measurements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Previous production or assembly line experience preferred.

- 10-hour shifts
- 3:30pm – 1:30am Monday - Thursday
