- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems in homes and light commercial buildings
- Work on panels, wiring, circuits, and electrical components
- Install and service backup power systems and generators
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
- Partner with HVAC teams on full system installations
- Maintain accurate job documentation
- 3–5 years of electrical experience (residential/light commercial)
- Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Journeyman or Master license preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
