Responsibilities
As an Electrician, you will:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings.
- Perform service work, including diagnosing electrical issues, replacing components, and making repairs to wiring, panels, and circuits.
- Install and maintain backup power systems, generators
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner to explain findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HVAC teams on integrated system installations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and recommendations for follow-up.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a residential or light commercial electrician.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently and safely.
- Journeyman or Master Electricican license (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
