- Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 (Full-Time 2nd Shift) | $3,750 (Part-Time 2nd Shift)
- Shifts Available: Full-Time & Part-Time options on Second Shift
Core Responsibilities
As a vital clinical leader, the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse will oversee the following:
- Clinical Care: Prepare and administer medications/treatments, and transcribe physician orders to MARs with meticulous accuracy.
- Documentation & Monitoring: Maintain daily records of resident care, observations, and track conditions to report changes to the RN or DON.
- Unit Leadership: Supervise CNAs and collaborate on resident care plans to ensure top-tier service.
To qualify for the role of LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, candidates must possess:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and long-term care standards.
