Qualifications For Success

To excel as an RN Registered Nurse in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• Experience: Must have 1–2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Clinical Judgment: Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to make rapid, independent clinical decisions.
