High-Impact Responsibilities

• Clinical Command: Provide sophisticated oversight and clinical delegation to LPNs and CNAs.
• Advanced Assessment: Conduct high-level assessments to identify changes in resident conditions as a premier Registered Nurse (RN).
• Order & Communication Management: Execute physician orders with precision and serve as the primary link between physicians, families, and the facility.

Qualifications

• License: Must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
• Experience: Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience is valued, but we will mentor any high-potential Registered Nurse (RN) ready to lead.
