- Dignified Daily Care: Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)—including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding—while prioritizing their comfort and personal dignity.
- Clinical Partnership: Support the nursing team by accurately monitoring vital signs, weights, and intake/output; act as the "eyes and ears" of the unit by reporting any condition changes immediately.
- Mobility & Safety: Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, turning, and positioning; help residents engage in restorative and rehabilitative exercises as directed by therapy.
- Independence Advocacy: Encourage resident self-care to the maximum extent possible, fostering a sense of purpose and autonomy.
- Environment Management: Maintain clean, organized, and pleasant living spaces for our residents.
- Accurate Documentation: Complete all care reports and records in a timely and legible manner using our digital charting systems.
- Certification: Must hold an Active WI CNA Certification in good standing.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively within a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge for electronic charting and documentation.
- Experience: Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic new graduates! We provide excellent on-the-floor orientation.
