As a CNA, you are the heartbeat of our resident care. Your role includes:
- Personalized Care: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dignified personal hygiene care.
- Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, including tray delivery and providing individual feeding assistance as needed.
- Mobility & Comfort: Safely perform ambulation, turning, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and skin integrity.
- Clinical Communication: Maintain accurate, timely electronic records and reports regarding resident status.
- Environment Stewardship: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all residents.
- Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of care in accordance with local, state, and federal healthcare guidelines.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing and be eligible for employment in the state of Wisconsin.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for electronic charting and documentation.
- Mindset: A strong ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative "team player."
- Experience: Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is preferred, but we welcome passionate new graduates!
