- Community Connection: Collaborative and independent planning of seasonal events alongside the Director to showcase what makes being an Activities Assistant so rewarding.
- Experience: Prior experience in life enrichment, senior care, or a long-term care setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and musical or artistic talents are a major plus.
