Registered Nurse-RN Unit Manager Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Full time, day shift, weekends as needed and monthly On-call rotation
- Work today; Get paid today option available

- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Previous experience managing staff in a long term care setting is preferred
- Prior experience as a unit manager is preferred
- Proficient in using Point Click Care (PCC)
- Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by: monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
- Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift
- Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
- Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines
- Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery process for residents
- Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
