Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN License
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring proper medication distribution and patient care
- Conduct multiple nursing rounds per shift
- Provide education to staff, residents, and families
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered
- Schedule: Per Diem - day shift and night shifts!
