RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing
- Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not mandatory
- Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician’s orders
- Monitor residents’ health status, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team
- Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
